Google is conducting a deep interface and feature upgrade for its Gemini app, covering multiple dimensions such as chat management, notification system, search filtering, and expansion of AI agent capabilities. The test versions show that this adjustment not only optimizes the daily interaction experience but also accelerates Gemini's transformation into a comprehensive AI platform.

In terms of core interface layout, the new version has moved the pinned chats out of the original "Recent" list and placed them directly at the top of the sidebar. At the same time, the search entry has been unified to the very top of the sidebar, making the search and management of historical conversations more efficient.

Regarding functionality, the new version adds an eye-catching bell icon entry to create a centralized notification center. Meanwhile, the "Recently Used" page now includes four types of conversation filter tags, two of which are specifically for Gemini Spark tasks. At the same time, the Gemini Spark management interface has been restructured, adding a "Customize" page that provides skill discovery and application connection management, as well as a status bar icon display control feature, further giving users personalized control.
