According to the information, Afu has collaborated with local health commissions to launch the "Digital Family Doctor" service in over 40 cities such as Shijiazhuang and Weifang, working with tens of thousands of grassroots doctors to serve more than 5 million residents; at the same time, AI training programs for rural doctors have been launched in Puan County, Guizhou Province, and Meixian District, Guangdong Province, helping hundreds of grassroots village doctors learn to use Afu to assist with daily work, achieving "professional skills on hand."

In the grassroots healthcare system, family doctors are the "gatekeepers" of residents' health. However, one family doctor often serves 2,000 to 3,000 residents, dealing with heavy tasks such as chronic disease follow-ups, health records, and daily consultations, making it difficult to ensure the depth and timeliness of service.

To address this pain point, Ant Afu has partnered with local health commissions through the Afu App to introduce the "Digital Family Doctor" service, innovatively adopting a "AI intelligent agent + real doctor" model. The AI handles routine tasks such as health education, signing guidance, intelligent follow-ups, and medication instructions and reminders. Residents can receive round-the-clock health Q&A and report interpretation services, realizing "treat minor illnesses without leaving the community, and ask about health anytime."

This model not only effectively improves the fulfillment rate of family doctors but also frees up grassroots doctors from complex tasks, allowing them to focus more on post-signing medical services and precise health management for key populations and chronic diseases, truly achieving "signing with commitments." Currently, over 40 cities nationwide have launched the "Digital Family Doctor" service on Afu, with tens of thousands of grassroots doctors serving over 5 million residents through Afu.

Ant Afu stated that in the future, it will develop a medical package for grassroots doctors, further improving the convenience and efficiency of family doctor follow-ups through smart hardware devices integrated with the Afu platform. In the group of grassroots doctors served by Afu, there is a special group: rural doctors. The "AI Avatar Assistant" can be available online 24/7, handling basic tasks such as health consultations, pre-consultation, and post-visit follow-ups. The "AI Medical Assistant" aggregates over 60 million authoritative medical resources, including clinical guidelines, top journal studies, and more, supporting multi-format searches (text and voice) to provide free, accurate professional support for clinical decision-making and research.

The Afu Doctor Edition also opens up internet hospital business access to medical institutions nationwide for the first time. Hospitals can join as institutions, and doctors can complete online consultations, follow-up management, and patient record maintenance through a single platform.
