For example, if a user says, "I need to ship clothes to Shanghai, cheaper options, today's pickup," the Cainiao Intelligent Agent will intelligently match the promotional shipping service and choose a logistics platform with better pricing.
For shipping needs that are difficult to describe with standard conditions, users can also interact using everyday language. For example, "ship a mattress to Wuhan," and the Cainiao Intelligent Agent can intelligently recognize this as a large-item shipping request and recommend carriers like Debang that are suitable.
In addition to matching based on current needs, the Cainiao Intelligent Agent also supports intelligent suggestions and information filling. When a user says, "ship a package to the previous address" or "ship an urgent item to the company," the Cainiao Intelligent Agent will intelligently suggest and complete the shipping and receiving information by combining authorized address book keywords and historical shipping records, reducing repetitive input.
