Recently, Musk's SpaceX AI officially launched a new artificial intelligence software called Grok Bot. This tool is designed to operate like an AI agent team, receiving and handling various professional tasks around the clock. This move is seen as the latest step for it to catch up with competitors such as Anthropic and OpenAI in the AI agent market.
According to the information, Grok Bot can seamlessly handle various professional work scenarios. It not only can log in to different applications and websites, but also can retain key information from previous tasks and share details and context between different robots. Currently, the company has already implemented this product within its internal engineering, growth, and marketing teams. For example, it can help the sales team find new customers and automatically draft emails at night, and extract receipts from emails to assist the finance team with daily tasks.

The launch of this new product is part of Musk's efforts to push the company to catch up in the AI race. Previously, the team had fallen behind in the rapidly growing AI agent market. The company launched its first programming agent in May of this year, followed by a new version of Grok4.5 based on Cursor. Notably, in June this year, SpaceX reached a $6 billion agreement to acquire the AI programming startup Cursor, further strengthening its position in automated programming.
Currently, multi-agent collaboration is becoming a new trend in the industry. At the same time, Musk's team is working to promote the Grok series products to banks, investment institutions, and enterprises, aiming to increase revenue and advance the long-term plan to transform SpaceX into an artificial intelligence company. Musk revealed at last week's earnings call that the company is continuously making progress in the AI field, and the next-generation model Grok4.6 is expected to be officially released as early as this week.
