Top-grade Materials Create an Ultra-lightweight Body

In terms of design, W3 is the first to use an innovative one-piece manufacturing process combining full carbon fiber and titanium alloy. This aerospace-grade material combination makes the total weight of the body only 1.75kg, truly achieving the ultimate mechanical performance of "lightweight without sacrificing strength".

To improve wearing comfort, the robot innovatively applies non-Newtonian fluid material. This material is soft and comfortable when it fits the skin, but becomes rigid instantly when facing intense movement, effectively buffering movement impact and protecting the user's joints from injury.

Millisecond-level AI Algorithms Achieve Precise Assistance

As a smart device, W3 is equipped with the latest AI gait algorithm 3.0 and built-in multi-dimensional sensors. This system can quickly identify the user's movement intent within milliseconds and intelligently adapt to 12 daily activities and terrain scenarios such as climbing and running.

In terms of power performance, the product is equipped with high-torque dual motors and high-energy batteries, with a maximum assistance of 16N·m per leg. Experimental data shows that the robot can reduce the load on the wearer by about 5kg, and can significantly reduce physical energy consumption by up to 37%.
