On May 13, Tencent Holdings (00700.HK) released its first-quarter report, indicating a significant acceleration in AI. Huan Yuan was rebuilt within less than three months, and Hy3preview has seen significant improvements in context understanding, Agent capabilities, and Coding. According to OpenRouter data, after the free trial period of Hy3preview ended, its daily and weekly token usage remained at the top; it topped the OpenRouter weekly chart for three consecutive weeks from April 27 to May 11. Currently, tool calling and programming are ranked first and second, respectively, in specific scenarios.

Since the start of this year, Tencent has launched dozens of general and vertical scenario Agents. WorkBuddy, launched in early March, has become the most popular AI agent in China, measured by daily active users. Products such as Yuanbao, ima, and QQ Browser have also accelerated their Agent capability upgrades.

In the first quarter, Tencent achieved revenue of 196.46 billion yuan, an increase of 9% year-over-year; Non-IFRS operating profit was 75.63 billion yuan, an increase of 9% year-over-year. Excluding the impact of new AI products, Non-IFRS operating profit increased by 17% to 84.4 billion yuan. During this period, Tencent's free cash flow reached 56.7 billion yuan.
