Leading general artificial intelligence laboratory MiniMax (Xiyu Technology) officially announced the launch of the "10x Team" collaboration program. This project aims to expand the productivity attributes of large models from programming and content creation fields to vertical sectors such as industrial software, game engines, chip design, finance, and accounting, by deeply collaborating with top talents in various industries, with the goal of achieving a "tenfold increase" in efficiency across all industries.

In the past few months, MiniMax has already started substantive cooperation with experts in the above fields, verifying the evolutionary driving role of top industry insights in model construction. Through this "10x Team" program, MiniMax will open up complete multimodal model capabilities, development environments, and sufficient computing power resources, inviting developers with industry experience to jointly define problems, build evaluation sets, and workflows. Notably, MiniMax clearly stated that it will open-source the related evaluation system, aiming to output industry insights to influence the development of the large model ecosystem.

To attract global talents, MiniMax provides a highly flexible collaboration mechanism, including full-time joining or Fellowship programs lasting more than four months, with work locations covering global AI hubs such as Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, San Francisco, and London. Collaborators will not only enjoy internationally competitive salaries and stock incentives but also share academic achievements and co-author papers. This strategic move marks that the competition of large models has entered the "deep waters," shifting from general knowledge capability competition to value exploration in vertical fields. By deeply integrating expert insights with model evolution, MiniMax is accelerating the deep integration of intelligent technology into key decision-making scenarios across various industries.
