On April 29th, the 9th Digital China Construction Summit opened in Fuzhou. To enable intelligent agents to perform better, Tencent has created the AI Skills Community - SkillHub, optimized for Chinese users, fostering an open and shared skill ecosystem. Tencent encapsulates core product capabilities such as Tencent Docs, Tencent Meetings, Tencent Maps, ima, and QQ Browser into official Skills, while numerous developers continue to convert their experience into skills and share them in the community, empowering more users and intelligent agent products to collaborate on professional field tasks. Currently, SkillHub has collected over 35,000 skills and continues to grow.

In advancing tool convenience, security is always the first and last line of defense. To ensure user environment safety, Tencent has launched a comprehensive protection system covering cloud, local enterprises, and individuals. Among them, Tencent Cloud introduced the "AI Agent Security Center" as the core, offering a multi-layered, stereoscopic protection scheme covering cloud, terminal, platform, and ecosystem, helping enterprises achieve "visibility, controllability, and auditability" of AI intelligent agents. For individual users, the Tencent Computer Manager team launched the "Lobster Manager" AI security sandbox function, isolating with one click, keeping high-privilege operations within a safe and controllable boundary.

At the same time, Tencent continues to enhance the security capabilities of its self-developed products. At this summit, the newly released Tencent Huyuan Hy3preview language model made its exhibition debut. According to the introduction, this model is a hybrid expert model combining fast and slow thinking, with a total parameter count of 295B and an activated parameter count of 21B, supporting a maximum context length of 256K. As the first model trained after the reconstruction of Huyuan, Hy3 preview has significantly improved performance in complex reasoning, instruction following, context learning, coding, intelligent agents, and other abilities and reasoning performance, allowing small and medium-sized enterprises to quickly build dedicated AI applications without high investment. Currently, the Tencent Huyuan Hy3preview has been launched on products such as Tencent Cloud, Yuanbao, ima, CodeBuddy, and WorkBuddy, achieving deep collaboration between "model and product."

In addition, the Huyuan 3D World Model and the Huyuan Image 3.0 Image-to-Image Model also made their debut at the exhibition. Visitors could see the entire process of creating a "Lobster Goose" figurine from 3D model generation to 3D printing completion. With the Huyuan 3D World Model, they could create a complete virtual world with just a few sentences, including people, objects, and scenery. They could also use the Huyuan Image 3.0 Image-to-Image Model to create emoticons and take photos with virtual characters.
