On April 27, Shandong Province made significant progress in the digital cultural creation field, as the province's first Baidu AI comic drama creation base was officially unveiled at Zibo Normal College. The establishment of this base marks a new stage in school-enterprise cooperation, aiming to explore new models for cultivating talent in digital cultural creation through the deep integration of AI technology and cultural creation education.

At the unveiling ceremony, the school representatives emphasized that the base will serve as a key carrier for the school's innovative talent cultivation and deepened government-school-enterprise cooperation. In the future, the school plans to bring real project cases into the classroom, breaking away from traditional teaching models and building a full-chain project-based teaching loop from "assignments" to "works," then to "products" and "commodities." Additionally, by integrating industry resources, the school will collaborate with local governments and enterprises to jointly conduct R&D of AI cultural creation technologies, IP incubation, and industry services, providing talent and technical support for the high-quality development of the local digital cultural creation industry.

Baidu stated that it will fully open its self-developed AI core technologies, quality IP resources, and professional creation tools for the base. At the same time, Baidu will also provide diversified distribution channels, ensuring that every aspect from creative concept, script writing, content generation, to final work release receives full-process technical support. This deep resource sharing model aims to cultivate more digital cultural creation talents who are adaptable to industry practical needs.

After the successful unveiling ceremony, the first AI comic drama creation training session immediately began. This training combined theoretical lectures with practical operations, with content designed progressively. Representatives from Baidu gave in-depth sharing on corporate culture, platform operation logic, and AI comic drama industry layout, and focused on introducing related creation competitions such as the "Frame Award." Technical experts from cooperating enterprises also demonstrated the entire process of comic drama script design, AI image generation, and post-production optimization on-site, helping trainees quickly master the core practical skills of digital cultural creation.
