Ctrip Business Travel officially launched the "Ctrip Business Travel AI Ecosystem" overview, aiming to deeply restructure the corporate travel management process through large model technology. This ecosystem has comprehensively covered four core scenarios: travel arrangements, travel management, procurement management, and capability sharing. It also introduced seven specialized AI Agents, including travel Q&A, itinerary booking, approval, insights, compliance risk control, financial settlement, and resource procurement, marking the transition of the business travel industry from digital management to an automated and intelligent Agent era.

Strategically, Ctrip Business Travel has clearly adopted an open approach of "breaking down walls," providing AI core capabilities to enterprises through a developer platform. It has currently opened five core scenarios and 17 AI underlying capabilities, supporting enterprises to seamlessly integrate functions such as travel planning and knowledge Q&A into their own OA, ERP, or HR systems, achieving "plug-and-play" capabilities. As of the release date, 15 large enterprises have completed deep integration.
