Its developed "Medical Large Model 3.5" achieved an impressive score of 57.27, ranking first globally and surpassing industry giants such as Meta and OpenAI. This achievement was obtained in the HealthBench Hard evaluation released by OpenAI, marking Ping An's leading position in the field of medical AI.

This evaluation was jointly constructed by 262 doctors from 60 countries, consisting of 5,000 high-fidelity medical dialogues. In particular, the difficult subset HealthBench Hard is designed to test a model's reasoning ability in complex clinical scenarios. The success of Ping An's medical large model lies not only in its high score but also in its underlying development philosophy: integrating real clinical scenarios to enhance AI's application in medical decision-making.

Ping An Technology's medical AI large model has broken through the limitations of traditional models, focusing on how to evolve from information retrieval and health consultation to assisting in complex disease diagnosis and multidisciplinary collaborative treatment. This transformation makes AI closer to clinical practice, improving the model's usability and accuracy.

To address the complexity of medical reasoning, Ping An's R&D team adopted a three-stage progressive training strategy, gradually building a knowledge system with clinical logic and enhancing long-chain and interdisciplinary reasoning capabilities. In addition, the team independently developed a full-chain hallucination control engine, reducing risks during the reasoning process and improving the model's stability.

Ping An's medical AI has also launched several products, such as "Ping An Lingyu," covering the entire medical care process from screening to management, treatment, and rehabilitation. Currently, "Ping An Lingyu" has been applied in 1,500 grassroots medical institutions nationwide, helping 300,000 customers achieve early disease screening. Through "Health Manager," Ping An has built the largest chronic disease management community in China, effectively improving patient compliance and promoting a long-term mechanism for health management.

In the area of multidisciplinary treatment (MDT), Ping An has also used the AI-MDT Pro intelligent consultation system to bring the diagnostic capabilities of top experts down to more patients. This system has been implemented in several hospitals, providing comprehensive treatment recommendations for cancer patients, which is expected to improve patients' survival rates.
