Recently, the tech media MacRumors reported that the X platform, controlled by Musk, has officially launched a new feature — Custom Timeline. This feature aims to help users pin topics of interest on their homepage, thereby more effectively personalizing their feed and obtaining the latest information in their areas of interest.

This new feature is powered by Grok AI. By deeply understanding the platform's personalized algorithm, Grok AI can accurately filter content based on users' interaction records. Currently, the system supports more than 75 topics, covering areas such as design, robotics, and real estate. This means users can quickly find relevant content under their favorite subjects, improving the efficiency of information retrieval.

The custom timeline feature is currently available only to iOS Premium subscribers. Paid users can find an add button next to the topic tags and set it up through this button. It is worth noting that the Android version will be released in the future, although the exact time has not been determined yet.

In addition to the custom timeline, the X platform also introduced a "Mute Topic" tool. Through this tool, users can temporarily block certain types of posts in recommended tags, such as political or sports content, further optimizing the browsing experience and reducing unnecessary information interference.
