TikTok officially announced yesterday the launch of its talent campus recruitment program in cutting-edge technology fields, offering full-time and internship positions to outstanding technical talents worldwide.

The current campus recruitment targets doctoral candidates: full-time positions are open to doctoral students graduating between September 2026 and August 2027, while internship positions are available for current doctoral students graduating in September 2026 or later. Candidates with outstanding research or practical abilities will be given priority, including authors of top conference and journal papers, patent holders, international competition winners, as well as those with experience in major research projects or impactful technological achievements.

The open directions cover multiple cutting-edge technology fields, including large model applications, search/recommendation/advertising, computer architecture and system optimization, security/AI Safety, hardware, AI Coding, AIGC, video architecture, and AI for Science.

In terms of work locations, the company has offices in five cities in China: Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, and Chengdu. Overseas locations include Singapore, Sydney, San Jose, Seattle, and San Diego.
