Bloomberg reported that the leading domestic artificial intelligence company **Moonshot AI** is currently in the early stages of considering an initial public offering (IPO) in Hong Kong.
Based in Beijing, Moonshot AI, the developer of the hit chatbot Kimi, is planning to take advantage of the growing enthusiasm for artificial intelligence (AI) in the capital market to further strengthen its market position. It is reported that the company has had preliminary discussions with CICC and Goldman Sachs Group regarding potential IPO matters.
Although the relevant preparations for the listing are ongoing, insiders emphasized that the specific timeline for the IPO has not been finalized, and there is still uncertainty about whether the plan will be proceeded with. If this IPO is successfully implemented, Moonshot AI will become one of the first benchmark companies in the domestic large model field to enter the capital market.
