According to the agreement, Nebius will provide AI infrastructure for Meta. Although specific architectural details have not been disclosed, Volozh stated that the company will be ready to meet the requirements of this agreement within the next three months. He added that there is strong demand for this capability, so the contract size was limited to the company's current available capacity.

This major deal recently made by Nebius is the second significant collaboration the company has reached in just a few months. Previously, in September, Nebius also confirmed a contract with Microsoft, valued between $1.74 billion and $1.94 billion, which plans to provide dedicated computing power for Microsoft. A new data center related to this will open in Vandalia, New Jersey later this year.

Volozh said that Nebius is proceeding with the cooperation with Meta as planned and expects revenue growth from this agreement in 2026. He revealed that Nebius' revenue in the third quarter reached $146.1 million, an increase of 355% compared to the same period last year. Although net losses also increased significantly, from $43.6 million last year to $119.6 million, the company remains confident about the future.

Nebius expects to conduct a series of fundraising activities in the coming months, aiming to achieve annual revenue of $7 billion to $9 billion by the end of 2026. In his letter, Volozh mentioned that 2025 will be an important year for the company's infrastructure development, and 2026 will mark the rise of the company's global AI cloud business.
