At the 2025 Inclusion Bund Park Conference, Alipay's Ant AI Health Assistant AQ launched several new features. The most notable is the newly launched "AI Smart Skin Analysis" feature. Users just need to take a photo of their face to quickly get a detailed skin analysis report and personalized skincare advice.

This new feature marks further innovation by Alipay in the field of health management. AQ not only provides skin analysis, but users can also measure their traditional Chinese medicine constitution by taking a photo of their tongue, and detect hair loss risk by taking a photo of their hair. This diverse detection method allows users to fully understand their health condition.

In addition to the skin analysis feature, AQ has also upgraded its health record system, integrating medical records, medication history, and diet and exercise information, allowing users to easily manage their personal health. This system supports data exchange with ten brand smart devices, including Apple, Huawei, vivo, and Yu Yue. The AI can interpret the information and provide personalized advice to ensure that each user receives health guidance tailored to their specific situation.

To better serve elderly users, AQ has partnered with China Mobile to launch the "AI Anti-Scam and Fraud Hotline." Elderly users just need to dial 12599901 to quickly connect to an AI doctor, helping them identify suspicious information or deal with sudden health issues. This service aims to provide a more convenient way for health consultation and assistance.
