Tencent's AI knowledge management tool ima has announced the launch of four new features aimed at enhancing users' knowledge acquisition and management experience. These new features include AI podcast generation, one-click folder import, Xmind mind map import, and content pinning in the knowledge base, allowing users to be more efficient in their learning and work.
In today's fast-paced life, users often face information overload. To address this, ima's AI podcast feature helps users digest long articles or reports more easily. Users just need to upload a document to ima, and the system will automatically generate a two-person dialogue-style podcast, explaining the content in a more natural and interactive way. This feature is made possible by ima's "Hunyuan Large Model," which can discuss the original text from multiple perspectives, ensuring no key points are missed, and provides personalized introductions and background music for a better auditory experience.
Aside from the AI podcast, ima has also introduced the "one-click folder import" feature, allowing users to directly upload an entire folder without having to transfer files one by one. This design greatly simplifies the document management process, ensuring the integrity of the file hierarchy, and helping users save time and effort.
For knowledge base management, ima supports the import and interpretation of Xmind files, allowing users to directly upload mind maps into the knowledge base. Additionally, when sharing a knowledge base, users can pin important documents for quick access. Users can freely choose multiple pinned documents, making information retrieval more efficient.
ima stated that it will continue to focus on user feedback and regularly update its features to meet the evolving needs of users in knowledge management and acquisition. Users can suggest desired features in the comment section, and the ima team will carefully consider them and strive to implement them as much as possible.
