Since February this year, tens of thousands of new AI talents have updated their job search status to "looking for opportunities" each month, fully demonstrating the high level of activity in the AI talent market.

At the same time, the "talent war" between companies has entered a fiercely competitive stage. More than 1000 AI companies have already posted AI-related positions on the Maimai platform. To attract top talent, well-known enterprises including Huawei, Xiaohongshu, and DeepSeek have had senior executives personally participate, clearly stating "long-term recruitment" in their personal profile signatures. In addition, HRs and headhunters are active on the platform at a "minute-level," leading to a sharp increase in visits to AI talents' personal profiles, showing the urgent demand for AI talent in the market.
