Today, iFLYTEK officially launched the intelligent office tablet X5. As the world's first office device equipped with a local large model, it opens the market at a starting price of 4999 yuan. The X5 features a 10.65-inch E Ink e-ink screen with 300 PPI display accuracy, weighs only 355 grams, and is 4.6 millimeters thick, becoming the lightest and thinnest e-ink device of its size in the world.
The product comes in standard and Pro versions: the standard version includes a moon gray cover and gray body (6G+64G, 4999 yuan), while the Pro version offers two combinations: a ink blue cover with golden body, and a classic black cover with gray body (6G+128G, 5699 yuan). In terms of core configuration, the X5 is equipped with an 8-core MT8189 CPU (6nm process) and a 9T NPU computing power, combined with iFLYTEK's self-developed GPU fast refresh technology, which improves the overall system speed by more than 50%.
The device's biggest highlight is the complete deployment of the iFLYTEK Spark large model locally, achieving five offline AI functions: offline noise reduction, offline voice transcription, offline role-based transcription, offline Chinese-English translation, and offline meeting minutes generation. Its meeting recording capabilities are particularly outstanding, with an eight-microphone array that supports 360-degree omnidirectional sound pickup. The Mandarin recognition accuracy rate reaches 98%, and it can recognize 200 dialects and 8 foreign languages for mutual translation, as well as identify 9 foreign languages.
In terms of interaction design, the X5 supports the "record and write simultaneously" function, allowing handwriting while recording and transcribing. For post-meeting review, it supports playback and viewing, and allows immediate reading upon clicking. In terms of security protection, the device is equipped with a physical offline switch and a micro-hole indicator light, which can isolate all network connections with one click; the note confidentiality box function encrypts and stores offline notes, requiring fingerprint or password to unlock; the full-chain security system covers computing, storage, and access aspects.
In terms of accessories, the X5 is equipped with a third-generation Dongyun pen customized by Wacom, which requires no charging and offers a comfortable grip; it also features a 4500mAh ultra-thin high-voltage battery customized by BYD, significantly enhancing the battery life. This office device, integrating lightweight design, localized AI, and privacy security, will provide a new solution for mobile office scenarios.
